I am a Life Makeover Coach. My life’s mission is to empower everyone that comes to me with the ability to achieve optimal health and happiness using the vast knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga, and eutaptics® FasterEFT™. I believe we have great power to transform our world starting from within.
My Journey
Most of my life I have suffered from stress and social anxiety. In my teens and 20’s I gained a lot of weight and developed Bulimia Nervosa. I also suffered from skin issues, allergies and asthma. Even though I got a couple of university degrees and lived in different countries, I struggled with low self-esteem. I had toxic jobs and relationships. I always wondered why all this was happening to me and went looking for answers.
I have tried every form for health and healing modality there is. I did feel better, but my issues kept on coming back. I did not have true answers to why I had problems.
This changed after giving birth to my son. I had a traumatic birth experience with complications. The specialists in the hospital told me I would stay in a wheelchair. I was in a lot of pain, got postpartum depression and later on I was diagnosed with PTSD. This time I had the blessing to find Ayurveda, Yoga and eutaptics® FasterEFT™ on my path. I finally got true and logic answers to my questions, I got accurate knowledge on how the mind works and how to heal my body. I even got to find my life’s purpose which is to help you to get yourself a life makeover, like I did.
My dream is to see healthy, happy, and powerful individuals thriving in life. When we decide to heal our mind and body our behavior changes and our relationships with it. We start seeing life from a new perspective. The result is that life does not happen to us, but that we create the life we desire. This is what Mahatma Gandhi meant when he said, “be the change you want to see in the world”. I know we all have the inner power to transform ourselves and by doing so transform the world.
